But seriously, I don't get why there was such a storm of hate surrounding that album. What did people expect, a not-for-not recreation of DSOTM? That would have been boring.
The Flaming Lips version was crazy and ambitious and, I'd say, even better than the original.

I agree with everything up until the last part. I like it more than the original but it isn't "better" you crazy buddy.

Okay, maybe not better, but I like it a lot.
