It's never too early. Just a couple weeks ago I posted something about Rockin Around the Christmas Tree by Brenda Lee. Never too early talk about that, the greatest Christmas song ever

You're the first person who came close to matching my choices. I was going to pick give me love for George Harrison but then I went with what is life and Dark Horse instead. But I like all three equally

Although maybe Dark Horse should have been called Dark HOARSE, because his voice sounds so hoarse it sounds like he's got laryngitis. Lmao. I still love that song tho.

I really like the song What Is Life but i think it is a bit more "pop" in sound and lyrics - so I picked the two, more introspective, Harrison classics - I have listened to those songs a ton and they don't really age.
#9 Dream is great to put on the headphones and just disappear somewhere.

#9 Dream is so obviously the best record he ever made that I don't know why everyone cant see that. And what is life so spectacular musically that I chose it above the others just because it sounds so spectacular. And I almost chose mind games again because I think the music on it so great

Quality! Good on you for sharing the Frog Song. Brings back serious memories from my childhood. I was 9 on Christmas 1984 when the top 3 that Christmas was : Frog Song/Last Christmas/Band Aid.

All massive sellers. 1984 was a superb year for pop music, I reckon. I remember Jim Diamond and Frankie's Power Of Love were number one just before Band Aid.

The Band Aid single was the first record I ever bought. Then I gave it away as a Christmas present! The first proper non-charity record I bought, and kept, was Everybody Wants To Rule The World by Tears for Fears.

Also Woman is my favourite Lennon song too. I'm a sentimental old thing.
