at first i think of evil robots... but then i think of a commuter stuck in horrible traffic then having a very violent case of roadrage. than more evil robots at the end

This is a serbian band Ekatarina Velika that was active in the 80s and early 90s (before they slowly started dying). They're actually one of my very favourite bands. I wrote more about them in this thread

Kad Krenem Ka is off their first album, when they were still called Katarina II. Ona mi je rekla is off their 1989 album Samo Par Godina za Nas which is IMO an absolute classic and my favourite album of theirs. Glad you enjoyed those two songs, if the foreign language is not an issue you should enjoy their other stuff too.

Fun fact: The synth that gets louder and louder throughout the song is the water washing the spider down the drain.
