Hmmm, good question. I can only think of one. The Last Dog and Pony Show by Bob Mould. But I can't quite remember if it's only the album title or also a song title too

Horse With No Name is a classic

Well, maybe it's a classic of 1970s hippie LSD trip songs. I always thought the song was about a hippie who took an LSD trip in the desert for some reason. Ha ha

It's a classic, full stop.
Thanks to Bobby, it's been in my head for all the week end:)
I wish some indie american band, currently ranked extremely high, could write a song like that some days :-k

You got it. The reason I like it is simply because I enjoy singing along to it, I like the way the guitars and bongos just make the song bounce along from start to finish, and the dumb lyrics just make it more interesting to me. It's both ridiculous and sublime, my favorite kind of Records. The best records are always a combination of the ridiculous and the sublime. Heh heh

I often cite that 'Only The Horses' by the Scissor Sisters is probably the worst song I've ever heard.

Awesome. I forgot about all those songs about Horsemen. There's a couple good ones. I also forgot the songs about Cowboys and horses.

Maybe birds. Think of all those eagles and crows and blue birds and black birds flying around all over the place in so many songs.

Hey! It's great as long as you're playing something else loud enough to drown it out.

I like the whole album!!!!
