Not sure how this works, but all 3 Holter tracks are in the same bracket so I guess they have to duke it out with each other at this point.

Idiot Proverbs is decent emo punk though that has a lot of feeling, sincerity & catchiness. Will definitely be checking out that album when I'm in the mood for some stuff in that vein.

Idiot proverbs is definitely my cup of tea but it was up against my fav song of the year so went with Julia.

These Julia Holter tracks are convincing me that I didn't miss out on anything by not listening to Aviary. Idiot Proverbs wasn't anything too special but "Modest Mouse lite" is much more in my wheelhouse.

I was all ready for another Julia slam dunk win, but Idiot Proverbs was pretty cool. Okay, so in the end, I stuck with Julia, but I had to think about it, even if only briefly.
