This change has been <a href="https://www.besteveralbums.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=20539" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="nav2">planned for some time</a> and will only affect the scoring of 'overall' charts and not year/decade charts. Currently, greatest album charts updated over ten years ago do not contribute to the rankings. The change will decay points from overall charts over a ten year period instead of using a cliff edge.<br /> <br /> Also, to anyone that's not completed the 2019 user survey, there's still time to do so (survey closes on 31st).
