The Graduate has better songs on it (Scarborough Fair/Canticle, Mrs. Robinson, April Come She Will, Sound of Silence), but if you've actually listened to the whole thing through, it's not that great - a lot of uninteresting (bad, even) filler.

Purple Rain would be the better soundtrack, as it's more consistent and complete as an album.

The Graduate I guess. Even though Purple Rain's on my chart, the Graduate's soundtrack may be higher than it if it weren't for my hatred of having more than one album per artist, and my exclusion of soundtracks 🤣
