Tbf this is the first time since I’ve joined this site that I’ve not been able to add an album to any of my charts. Does seem strange though that Helene will come up on the artist search but not when trying to add to a chart. Anyway hopefully it’s just a minor fix for you. Keep up the good work, I love this site and really appreciate everything you all do . Cheers

Apologies, I'll check into why this is happening. The most relevant artist should be returned at the top but isn't for some types of searches (usually single word artists). There is a workaround (more of a nasty hack) where you search by ID (if you already know it..) but I'll check back into this and see what's causing the problem. Adding items directly into charts from album pages is definitely possible but you'd probably have to select a chart, and then a position for it to fall into, so it would need a bit of work to integrate this into the site (but I like the idea as well).

When you type in "Helene", a bunch of artists with the first name "Helen" come up...but the exact name "Helene" does not. This has been an issue for some time. It would be good if when "Helene" is typed in, the first option that comes up is "Helene". Also, you can look up the album Postcard by Helene...but there is no option to click on that lets you add that specific album to one of your charts. Sometimes, adding albums is a challenge when the name is not something unique. And being able to add to a chart from the album page would be a great addition...

Hi - I don’t seem to be able to add the following album to my 2002 chart. No match comes up within either the artist or album suggestion box during the process of adding the album to my chart?

The album in question is ‘Postcard’ by the artist ‘Helene’ (118494)
