Yeah, I’d prefer 8 or even 4 entries to keep it snappy. I see it as a bit like when the Champions League winner plays the winner of the Copa de America. I agree, Its not really logical but would be fun anyway.

Cool! I might give it a few months before starting another tourney, but I like the idea of a multi-year tournament.

Clipping for me, followed closely by Red Sun Through Smoke. Although I wouldn't have anything against Brass winning, it's getting better with each listen. Ware would be a good one too, wonderful album with several bangers which I managed to slip in a quasi trash playlist a month ago. No one noticed, twas a good party.

Brass - and if I'm being totally honest, it's not even close.

First round went as I expected, minus Taylor Swift missing out (and maybe Avalanches).

Second round has some doozies, but should be manageable. Never got around to the Cable Ties/Rose City Band records, sorry guys. Will give the Cable Ties album a spin for this round though.
