This album is nuts. Some really strange sound combinations going on. Twangy country guitar meets post-bop chord sequences, glam rock stomp, and smooth soft rock production. Definitely one of the best Dan albums. ‘King of the World’, ‘Your Gold Teeth’, ‘Show Biz Kids’, ‘Razor Boy’ are some of my favourite Dan songs. I’ve been on a huge Dan kick in recent months, to the point I’d say about 50% of all music I listen to now is them. They are life.

This record blew their debut out of the water. My personal favorite is "Show Biz Kids"

Love this album! Amazing tunes, the typical pristine Dan production and superb musicianship. It might be my favourite Steely Dan record, but they have so many great ones.

Superb album. The first one that really got me into the Dan back in the day, although it probably set it at 3rd or 4th in their catalog today.
