Little Simz - Point and Kill
Who would have thought that the duration of this track is so much less than the video.
This difference played a cruel joke on me.
However, the video gets my vote here.

Ye - Jesus Lord
Another biased negative attitude.
But I don't understand anything about this genre.

I really like the main hook on Jesus Lord, which is pure classic Ye, but the detail of the song isn’t as interesting as his best stuff for me. Point and Kill, I find gets better the more closely I listen to each detail so for me it’s the stronger track.

Whaaat, I knew this wasn't the most favourable matchup, but I definitely didn't see a score like 7-3 coming.
Sad to see Jesus Lord go, I still think it's the song of the year and a highlight in Ye's legendary career, but if there's a decent way to go out, it has to be this one, Little Simz is a force of nature and Sometimes I Might Be Introvert is the album of the year.

In a really tough decision I'm going with Simz.

If this was Jesus Lord pt. 2 I probably would go with Ye though...

I really am not a fan of this Simz track at all. Don’t hear the appeal.

Jesus Lord is one of faves of last year.

Easy vote for Ye here.
