There are so many awesome performances from James, but I decided to share this song because it is the song that made me I guess that you could say surrender completely to him. To me, no one sings with more heart and passion than James. 😄 😄 😄

God bless you and him always!!! 😄 😄 😄

Pretty much any performance by them or Nickel Creek would work on this thread. Musicianship up the butt.

Widely regarded as the greatest live performance of all time. It challenged our view on what we call "entertainment". Its has been cited as an influence and epiphany for many people including, The beatles, Barack Obanmo, Beetovin and Bob Burnquist

I love the studio version of this song, not only the guitar playing, but the sound of the guitar in general, it's just special. But this version is also fantastic. Probably wouldn't fit the mood of the album though. Especially love the drumming and the vocal harmonies.

I don't have any specific examples, but despite the fact that Creed may possibly be the worst band ever, their live performances are fucking amazing. It's really strange how that works out, but they manage to take their songs (which pretty much all suck) and turn them into masterpieces.

I thought that this album was the kind that you easily get bored of, but after another listen, it just got better for me. I totally fell in love with this song. And super glad I found this vid on YT, could decipher a bit what he's singing 😄 ... Great live version, unfortunately the ending is cut out a bit.

Referring to my post? If so, check out the solo album "Rain Machine" which the song is from, its one of the most overlooked albums of the last few years, probably because it at first seems to be a messily written side project. In reality its a collection of folk pop songs with some jazzy over tones built to showcase Kyp's almost freeform vocal performances. There is some creative percussion and loose polyphonic instrumental sections which I really love.
