I also don't use Spotify with any regularity, but I scrobble pretty much all the music I listen to on last.fm.
Here are my stats so far for 2023:

Total scrobbles: 18,629
That's the lowest year for me since 2016, when I joined last.fm. I'm sure it's because in the past couple years I've been listening to a lot of audiobooks and podcasts and "The Great Courses" lectures during the times I'd normally be listening to music.

I don't have the spotify but I do keep track of my listening, here's my stats for the year so far

I listen to music with my wife a lot, and she loves They Might Be Giants and also got into Sparks this year, so they have a major presence. And then the heavy Guided By Voices presence is mostly my own doing (tho I did pull her in for a lot of it but mostly she would just want to listen to Alien Lanes)
