A few years ago I heard a late night radio program about a singer/songwriter but I don't remember her name. I've not got a lot to go on but from what I can remember -
1. She was female
2. Only did one album which did badly when it first came out but was re-released many years later and then did well.
3. Folk genre
4. I think one of her tracks became very commercialised as a phone jingle or something similar.

Any ideas?
