That's incorrect. I cast the tying vote on this one soon after it was marked closed. At the time, Good Luck, Babe! was up by one.

Don't enjoy either song. Girl So Confusing is more outstanding and also the premise is cooler, but Good Luck Babe is more listenable. I went with Chappell though.
