Wow, it's really the Battersea Power Station! The one on the cover art of Animals (1977) by Pink Floyd.

Not only a band released an album titled (The) "Dark Side Of The Moon" a year before Pink Floyd,
a band released an album with the Battersea Power Station in its abum cover a year before Pink Floyd!

Thanks Madhattan. I know of Duffy Power but hadn't appreciated the Battersea Power Station connection between the two albums. Cannot be a co-incidence. Thanks for sharing. I think that I prefer the Pink Floyd art work to that of Duffy Power.

The Band album is not really very good at all. It's a collection of outtakes, mostly...a contractual obligation album that allowed The Last Waltz to be released on their new label. The most notable thing about it is that it's the last studio release by them with Robbie Robertson and Richard Manuel.

My take? Don't waste your time on this. It's nowhere near what they had done just a few years prior.

Thanks for the heads up. Not going to waste my time with this band album. I haven't played the King Crimson album in a long time but recall that it's not bad at all.

So much conversation going on in this thread. Loving the engagement

All I can say is, don't even try to get into the rabbit-hole of rappers who call themselves "A-Plus" — it's the most confusing thing you can imagine.

The album mentioned above was recorded by (arguably) the most well-known of them, though. That one even has a Wikipedia page.

Me too (aware of Blur's "Think Tank"), but II have no thoughts about any of the Think Tank albums 🤣
The self-titled one does seem interesting and it did seem to me it could contain heavy rock. Maybe II'll check that one out.

Edit: II checked it out, and track 1 is quite interesting and has an impressive orchestral production, the rest of the album is not very remarkable and II skipped over all of the tracks, although track 3 has a cool guitar solo. Overall, the album is pop rock music with so-so(?) chord progressions, so for a first listen it's not really for me.

If you asked me about the Revolver albums, then II would tell you that in addition to the honourable British Revolver, II listened to the Japanese Revolver (by Thinktank), which hasn't really been a good listen for me and II don't really recall how these instrumentals go, although some tracks might be good...?

In fact, probably after we finish reviewing all of the tracks on the British Revolver album, we should ask everyone to listen to rest of the Revolvers from different countries each!
There's even an Italian Revolver by Ennio Morricone, but II didn't include it, since the text "(Colonna Sonora Originale)" is added to the title, which only means: "Original Soundtrack", and the albums' titles in thsi topic should probably be samey so II've stuck with just Revolvers.

Perhaps we should do that with other same-titled albums as well, including the Think Tank ones! Would be really interesting.
