Piper

Of their more accessible and popular work, it is surprising that Wish You Were Here has yet to supplant DSOTM, as it is the pinnacle of that phase of their career.

Although maybe not the best song-wise, Dark Side is the most perfect flowing album ever and it gets my vote.

WYWH, Animals and The Wall are tied for no. 2

Pleasantly surprised to see Piper at No.2. I assume this is due to the votes between the Moon/Wish/Wall being divided.

Over the years, I vacillate between DSOTM and WWYH. On any given day, it can be either. Always sitting a very close 3rd is Aniimals.

Meddle

It was the strangest thing that Meddle wasn't voted on in spades. If nothing else for Echoes - a true masterpiece!

I don't think abstaining is included in the percentages.

As an ALBUM, I have to say DSOTM is more accomplished as one. But my favorite one to listen to is The Wall. I love the story.

I'm pretty sure you've posted that before.

Fun fact: If you add up all the percentages for each choice in the poll, the total is 95%.

Excluding Ummagumma while including The Final Cut is a joke.

Anyway, WYWH for me, closely followed by DSotM and then either Piper, The Wall, or Animals. (Though, in my chart, The Wall takes 3rd spot).

Mostly decent but nothing much stands out over a large body of their work.

So much for the theory of statistics and the value of big samples.

Find me legions who think like me and I'll give you the Goddamn most awsomest poll ever.

Everyone who thinks like me say Yay.

this poll gets the gasface, it doesn't have their best album in it
