Don’t think it’s his best, but it’s certainly his most adventurous, showcasing all his technical, production, and songwriting wizardry at once. It’s Richard channeling his inner Zappa or something similar. Trippy, weird, chaotic, and fun as hell. Most artists wish they could make something half as creative.

Relistened to this a few days ago and now it's album of the day. Albummaster strikes again. Not even gonna act surprised anymore.

Grew off me a bit but does contain a lot of great tracks and definitely my favorite AT album.
