Cider was a playful one for me. Loved that speech when I heard it.

Poor Tom is actually me, attempted an accent of some kind. Dialect was going to comprise of more pieces with accents from different regions and countries.

And Gash, I must have subconsciously thought of Subway Song while making it.

I'm a shitty guitar player but if I had a band worthy of anyone listening to us it would probably be something where the guitar player (Me) is the frontman. Something like Taste or The Jimi Hendrix Experience, or Clapton.

And holy shit...THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE EVER SEEN THIS VIDEO!

This was shot on St. Patrick's Day 2012, with about 20 other songs. A month later, there was a NASTY split in this band. The videos were supposedly left unused, and as far as I knew, none of them were ever edited down and never put up for any kind of public viewing or used for promos of any kind. The guy who put this video up runs a TV show here in Denver where he airs local music videos...I don't know if this was ever used on his show or not. Last I knew, I was disallowing any use of the videos with any credit given using the band name. He credited only me.

HUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll have to find out more....

For those that were observant, I did have a video up. I had three tracks and it was okay. But I kept messing around with the DAW for the last few days and have 8 tracks now.

We're on a site called band camp too, but I can't seem to find it.

Funny enough, there's been some terrible bands that have taken the same name (Silence Dogood) since. 🤣

I still plunk around on guitar and try to write songs now and then, but I usually don't have the energy or drive to see compositions through to completion much any more. Making music is a lot of work, but fun work.

Great band. I like In Love With Her Garden the most.

The guy on the cajon (box drum) plays kit with us whenever he can, it's just a matter of not having a car as well as playing in cafes that leads us to the absence of a drum kit. We always have more fun when Mike (the drummer) is in his comfort zone, which means when he is on a drum set. Although he likes to push himself to make that box sound like a full kit, lol.
