Since you're talking 70s, here's Doris Svensson.
She had a very nice album which came out on 1970 with quite a few catchy tunes. Unfortunately I've never found any videos.

This is the most popular track (not necessarily the best) that came out of that LP

For those who like jazz, even a little, I strongly suggest to take the time to listen to Johansson's "Jazz på svenska", a collection of traditional swedish tunes treated in the jazz way

Real 70 prog. Just watched Youtube! How about Jonas Hellborg, great bass player. He was a member of the 80´Mahavishnu Orchestra.

You are right.
In this aspect, I've always felt like he had many things in common with Serge Gainsbourg (who also had a song called "Lemon incest"). I'm not implying that Cornelis is the swedish version of Serge, far from it.
BUT they both had an excellent command of the language they were writting in, which makes it very difficult to translate the lyrics and make sense of them...

Not an easy person to like
She's got some really dark corners.
That's why I'm posting one of her "easier" songs
