Muse - Starlight

Can't believe I forgot about Muse! I've never been able to understand why Muse are so popular. For lack of a better reason, I just don't get it. I have tried to like them, which makes it all the more confusing, but they've just never appealed to me.

Anyway, Starlight is a good song.

c'mon, No one thinks anything off that second Klaxons album is any good. I think Norman had it right with Gravity's Rainbow. Though I wouldn't deny Golden Skans (actually I quite like that first album so I wouldn't put them here.)

also, uh, "Rock That Body" prove that The Black Eyed Peas had good songs (actually, just one) after Elephunk (thoough I should add that I do despise them.) But I don't agree that Where Is The Love? is any good either - I think it's schmaltzy bullshit.

Justice have a few other good songs, and the Klaxons best song is 'Echoes'. It's bloody epic.

There are two versions of the Black Eyed Peas - pre and post Elephunk. The group that existed before Elephunk had lots of good stuff. Afterwards... well, you know... 🤮

Everlong. Not that I dislike Foo Fighters but compared to this it's all crap.

Same goes for Live Forever, nowt against Oasis but this is 1000x better than anything else they've ever done.

Let me think of some more...i guess we have to go for established bands not one hit wonders?

The Anthem- Good Charlotte (almost ashamed to admit I like anything at all by them, but this song is really good)
Killing In The Name- Rage Against The Machine
You've Got To Hid Your Love Away- Beatles 🫢 (Respect the hell out of their music and influence, but this is the only song I truly love listening to.)
Killer Tofu- The Beets

Nah just kidding every song by the Beets kicks ass. Shout Your Lungs out might even be better than Killer Tofu.
