The first 7 albums in the top 10 I can live with being in the top 10 of all time the other three . I just don't get at all. Kid A gives me a headache listening to it 😕

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, The Dark Side of the Moon, Revolver, Abbey Road, The Beatles (The White Album), OK Computer, Kid A - These albums definitely would not make my top 100 albums list.
Led Zeppelin IV, London Calling - I haven't thought my top 100 albums over, but these two albums might make my list.
Nevermind - The only album of the ten the would make my top 100 for sure.

I love the first four; they're all in my top twenty or so. Everything else is just kinda "meh" to me.

Just a great album. I'd say it is tied with Kid A. If Kid A didn't have "How to Disappear Completely" on it, OK Computer would definitely beat it though.

2. Kid A

3. The White Album
My favourite Beatles album. If all other Beatles songs but the ones on this one were to disappear, I'd be fine.

4. Dark Side of the Moon
I don't understand why this is considered so epic and special. To me it just feels like a bunch of catchy songs. What, does adding cash register noises make an album a long odyssey of magic and wonder? That said, Great Gig in the Sky is chillingly beautiful.

5. Led Zeppelin IV
Just some good tunes. Stairway is just as good as it is said to be. When the Levee Breaks is pretty neat. Black Dog has a great riff. But I'm not too overly enchanted by hard rock, and this is no exception.

6. Funeral
Seems kind of typical indie rock. Doesn't do much for me, but it is pretty well put together and the songs are catchy. It doesn't grate my ears. It just is. I like some of the other instrumentation they use as opposed to just guitars throughout though.

7. Nevermind
Well, it's Nirvana. I'm indifferent to them. I don't mind their music in the slightest, neither do I go crazy over it.

8. Revolver
I am so bored of The Beatles.

9. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band

10. Abbey Road

Revolver is the only one of the 10 that I dont really like. I dont think its terrible or anything, but it clearly doesnt click for me personally like it does for a lot of users apparently.

Listening to Tango: Zero Hour right now and kind of board so I'll rank these, but boy is that fucking boring so I'll do my best to attempt to say a few words on each.

Albums I like:

1. Dark Side of the moon

An insane album this is. How did this get that much acclaim? It doesn't sound that overly spectacular or different that it should be considered one of the greatest, yet somehow, it is. I think I'm part of the crowd that tends to overrate this as one of the best, or at least, something most anyone should try out. I think the insanity in this album is probably why. This album is literally insane. the music is just the sound I'd expect when explore through the realm of one's mind. At times, mysterious and dark, at others just plain out frightening, at other times a good place to kick back and relax, and at other times a sad or even happy place. Whichever, whenever. The lyrics (if I'm remembering them correctly) certainly touch up on this. If anything, it's certainly deserving of its acclaim considering it's one of the first to accomplish what it did so masterfully (if you're looking for another great and early concept album, check out SF Sorrow). Anyways, awesome album, certainly deserving of number 1.

2. Led Zeppelin 4

LZ4 is just a rocking hard rock album. Not many bands have been able to just jam out tunes with an awesome sound and be so great at it. Led Zeppelin managed to master the art of catchy and hard hitting rock tunes far before many other bands. They can certainly play solos well, that's for sure. If anything, this album is one of the best. The one thing people have against the fan base are dadrockers, but fuck you. Dadrockers are fine in my book. I mean, I disagree with their sentiment completely, but I've never seen many complain to people who solely listen to new music and never even turn onto old "classics". If people are allowed to think old music sucks and new music is far superior in any way shape or form without criticism, then dadrockers should be allowed to hold their opinion. Obviously, both are fucking ignorant, but only one gets criticized and the other doesn't? That's even worse.

3. OK Computer

Made a post a while back on this one. Not gonna reiterate why I like it again, but it's a good album.

4. Abbey Road

My favorite Beatles album. For some reason, The Beatles managed to at least somewhat perfect what they had on this album. I'm not in love with it, but this contains so many solid and catchy tunes that it's difficult to resist listening to it every so often. Nothing horrid or even bad on this, just not a ton of spectacular moments. Also, Here comes the sun is one of the best songs ever made.

Ok albums:

5/6. White album and Sgt. Peppers

Beatles did pretty fine with these albums. Catchy at times, nothing too spectacular, but nothing too bad. I don't have much else to say.

Albums I don't like:

7. Kid A

Fucking boring. Track 1 almost turns me off completely. 8. Funeral

Not quite sure how this is one of the favorite's on these websites. Nothing spectacular at all. Not boring, not bad sounding, just nothing that stands out. It's engaging enough for me to listen through the album the whole way through, but it doesn't feel like it's lived up to any amount of expectations. once again, I feel nothing is wrong with this album other than it's just plain out nothing special.

Albums I hate:

9. Nevermind

This sucks. That's all. Alright, that's not all. Nirvana is a band that relies mainly on the hooks in their songs to be the main thing for you to listen to. Considering their lyrics are typically pretty sub par, of course that would be why people like them. I don't like their hooks, their songs are typical boring except in a group setting. I really can't stand listening to them when I'm at my house because they just bore me. There are plenty of better grunge bands, why these guys, who are probably the worst out of the bunch?
