Al Kooper and Shuggie Otis - Kooper Session (maybe considered blues-rock, but oh so good)&lt;br /&gt;

                          Didn't include punk blues, alternative rock, garage rock-sorry. De Stijl is a good example of blues and punk fusion.</description>
