Yeah, give it a download. I still have free ones left 🤣 No one's been downloading it. It only has about 70 downloads since release.

And for those of you who know Anthony Fantano, he gave it a listen 😁 He contacting me saying it was a decent self-produced release. I'm kinda hoping for a review 😄

It's definitely better than Candles. I haven't had time to listen to it in full (and the first time I fell asleep), but I do enjoy the atmosphere you've created.

I prefer Manner to Candles overall.

The first two tracks of Manner are the standouts for me. I guess that I have been listening to Tim Hecker and other ambient artists so it linked with that.

Unfortunately it hasn't made my top list of 2012 yet but things may change.

Cool. That's kinda sad that the entire history of Canada has only produced 192 better artists 🤣

MANNER got a weird response. People seemed to like it though. It was fun to make, and unlike Candles, it was actually mastered properly 🤣

I'm going to download this eventually. Perhaps not now because I have a bunch of things to listen to...but probably at some point.

I skimmed through bits of it though. I really like the bass heavy production. I thought "The Grey Life", "Glass Floors and Buzzing Flies" and "Dancing" were the most interesting sounding.

To be honest I am not so sure about the last section crystal ceiling. The piano I don't think quite works, and the voices.....are a little annoying. I just think its very difficult to say something interesting or intelligent or unique about religion through music, most "professionals" can't even do it.

In the studio we have a set of speakers that are about $90 that are designed to sound like crap 🤣 It's to test how music sounds on broken apple headphones... 🫢 Which is what 30% of the world probably listens to music on. I hate using them 😕

Why can't all headphones just be nice? 🙁

The drums on the album sound completely different without sub-bass, because for the most part, that's all that it is. I had to take most of the treble out because it clashed.

Could I ask your opinion on 'Space Is Where You Can Be Lonesome', 'Crystal Ceiling' & 'The Grey Life'? I haven't had any feedback (other than a selected few during the process of the album). I took a few risks on those.

Just downloaded your album (for free, but don't worry, I'm getting the vinyl :P), and I have to say that I'm sorta disappointed on first listen. Maybe it's just because I'm listening with crappy iMac speakers, but while it's still a very good album, it doesn't feel like a big improvement from Candles on first listen.

3.5 out of 5 for me.

Stream it, download it, give it a shot. It's available for free download, or you can pay if you wish (that'd be nice 😨 Not saying you have to. But it'd be nice to get a $0.40 download or something).

No one from here helped with this one (Applerill was going to, but that changed).

I know none of you really have to care about this, or anything. I'm just a small artist making some noise. But there's no point to not sharing it here 😜

Oh. And if you like it, share it to your friends and tell them that you know the guy and that he's awesome.

Probably.

My CD's won't be ready till the 20th, and vinyl should be available a few days after that.

My CD and Vinyl suppliers are 2 different companies 🫢 For neither of then happen to do the other.
