1234567890 entered and left a comment on my chart. I was able to reply by posting a comment on my chart! Looks like the problem has been fixed.

Glad to know that others can post a comment to my chart even if I still can't (just checked it again). Thanks for looking into this problem. Hope you can fix it soon.

hi, I just made a comment on your chart and then deleted it - it seemed to work fine. I'll investigate to see why you'd get problems...

I haven't been able to post a comment on my chart for a week! Not sure if anybody else can either. I have received a rating in the last week but no comments. I have tried just to post "TEST" but can't get that to stick either.

Help! 😢

I just began having problems with posting comments to my own chart! I add a comment, save comment, screen refreshes, but doesn't show comment.

Someone else reported a similar issue last week and I thought it might just have been a one-off. It sounds like there's a bit of an issue here, so we'll investigate and see what the problem is. thanks for letting us know.

hi albummaster, recently i´m having problems trying to comment albums, other user´s lists, etc. usually i have to try several times in order to see a comment published (repeat, a comment on charts, albums, etc., not on the forum). I tried on 2 different computers so i think the problem is with the site and not mine, but we could ask other members.
