tbh, there's never been a strong swing either way and that's mainly the reason it was left alone

I'm not against doing this, but we discussed (to death!) a while back expanding the number of forums, and people voted in favour of keeping things as they are. There's no problem posting music news on the forums here, a lot of people do that anyway.

I'm sure this has been suggested before but there really should be a place designated on this site to discuss music news rather than just opinion.

I'm always commenting on band & publications' Facebook pages but, I'd love to share that input here where there's more of a community than just the fans of a certain band I happen to like.
