Isotope 217, The Unstable Molecule (1997) Chicago postrock all-stars make a jazz album
Masada, Live In Taipei 1995 (1999)
Getatchew Mekurya & The Ex, Moa Anbessa (2006) think ethiojazz meets postrock, all free form
Matana Roberts, Coin Coin Chapter One (2011)
Colin Stetson, New History Warfare vol.2 (2011) brilliant, a must-see on stage
John Zorn, Spy vs. Spy (1989) stretching the date a bit, but this homage to the music of Ornette is really good.

Nearly all the jazz album's I've listened to are from 50's and 60's; Now I'm really into the Jazz of that era but I don't know new artists or good albums from 90's or 00's. So please tell me what you know about good albums and new artists from the past two decades; your recommendations are really appreciated (But when I say new albums I really mean new, not new releases from old artists; for instance, don't recommend 50th Anniversary Collectors Edition of Kind of Blue for god's sake). Thank you in advance. 😁
