Hmm, I'd say that depends on the version. Sometimes Part 3 and Part 4 are listed as separate tracks.

Others that haven't been mentioned:

Robert Rich - Somnium
Orthrelm - OV
Shit and Shine - Ladybird
Corrupted - El Mundo Frio

I'm planning to listen to the album soon. When I wake up I'll pause the album and start it again when I go to sleep. I'll finish it in only 20 years!

                          Program Music I
Deconstructionist
Boris at Last - Feedbacker
Absolutego
Earth 2
F# A#
Rainbow in Curved Air
Palace of the Night Skies

Off the top of my head. Palace is the only semi-normal album there (being psych/proggish rock), everything else is postrock, drone, or experimental.

Shouts out to Rainbow in Curved Air btw, Terry Riley is so ahead of his time on the title track it's ridiculous. Give that man a medal.

Oren Ambarachi and Brian Eno have both various 1,2 or 3 track albums. But my favourite at the moment is Harold Budd - Abandoned Cities.
