My opinion...maybe we need to lighten up on the unwritten "rules" we have as far as how to correctly start a thread? There are people here who start threads in a much more incoherent fashion than this, and no one says boo to them. Maybe because they have been here for a long time, I don't know. This thread is a handbook on how to encourage new users to not use the forums here.

Critiquing new threads and their validity seems kinda petty to me.

If this were to be an actual discussion you would have asked a question that would have framed the thread and given it some direction for people to follow. Your original post appears to be nothing but a fleeting thought or complaint you had at the moment. So people were left wondering if this about Muse? Is this about bands people used to love and which have now fallen out of favor with them? What exactly is the point of this thread? If you don't have one, I believe there's a thread called "Butt Ever Albums" where you can post random drunken ramblings, but I think most of us prefer when discussions actually have a point to them in the music section of the forums. You can post just about any opinion you want though as long is it's not overtly racist, sexist, etc.; just give us some context of what you want us to discuss and we will discuss it. Welcome to best ever albums.

Incubus is always the best example for me. I love their first 3 albums. A Crow Left Of The Murder was still very enjoyable though not as good as the first 3. Light Grenades was about half decent and half total garbage. But alas, their latest album made me projectile vomit and I finally jumped overboard and swam to shore, hoping to never gaze out to open waters and see their sails approaching dry land again.

My friend thinks that Muse are decent, but he despise The 2nd Law because he think they started to imitate Queen on that album. He also thinks Queen are decent, but he think that imitations of Queen will automatically be bad

In saying that, it could've been done a lot better

Muse made one very good album " Origin of Symmetry"
I still listen to their early albums and like them ,but the last two isn't Muse anymore
