I had a dream where The Modern Lovers made perfect sense as a concept album about a Spanish American War where Spain was taking huge swathes of US territory.

When I woke up I checked my iPod to see if it did and I had no idea what I was even thinking.

Here's a recent one from my dream log:

December 3
Got a sunburn at the beach because of my Hyal face products. Some girl runs to get me sunscreen but l yell at her for bringing me sunscreen that wasn't oil-free, like she wanted to clog my pores. Ugh. So I go and grind myself some fresh aloe to make a soothing, pore-breathing skin mask to help my burn heal and protect myself from further UV rays. My hair was shaved up the middle on the back as this was considered tres chic in the future. Wake up.

I dreamt I was part of a well composed dance academy. At the end of the dream, I heard a fake but awesome 1980's tune playing in my head, similar to early Motley Crue! I wish I remembered the rhythm! That was two nights ago.

Last night I had another dream where I had my old MP3 and there was a seperate playlist that my sister put in for a bunch of heavy songs (that don't even exist) by bands (that don't even exist). If I remembered my dreams more often, I could make serious money of the tunes in my head.

Last night I remember that I had to play drums for this 3 piece band, for whatever reason. I don't know how to play the drums, but I decided to just wing it. The stage was on the second story of this old movie theater(there was also something about a time machine). I remember the drum kit not actually being a kit, but a mishmash of random drums parts and drum pads. I started to play and all of a sudden some Arcade Fire song started playing, and I felt pleased that we sounded great. I looked down at my feet, and saw that I was wearing Crocs. I was like "wtf" and stopped playing in the middle of the song, in order take them off. Then I realized that we hadn't actually been playing the song, but we were just playing it over the speakers to make us look good. The crowd liked it though.

My dreams make no sense

I had a dream last night that I was in an old speakeasy during the Prohibition with a crowd of people, only two of whom I recognized - Lethalnezzle and JMan.

At first, all went well, until somehow a religious debate got started and turned into a fight, at which point I had to interject and try to calm them down before the police heard them and came knocking.

Lethal looked nothing like I had imagined (kind of a weird cross between Oscar Isaac and Bob Dylan), but JMan looked exactly like the pics, only we all had awesome gangster hats and outfits.

It was a pretty good night, overall.

I haven't dreamed in a long time, but at the same time, I'm finding sleeping easier than ever - I just don't feel I get enough of it.

I've had thar twice. I can only remember 1 time exquisitely, though. I remember it being very familiar that time so I know I've had it before then. I don't remember where.

I got out of it by sending a shiver down my back.

He/she/an_outlaw just looked like lash (his avatar) but istead of super villainy she looked hipster giiiiiiirlesqe. She had a really long scarf on and was wearing a Cute as heck skirt. Also the perfect amount of accent. Really an all around keeper

I really wish I had my dream book on me. I probably could have a lot more to say about it :v

Sometimes I'm in between dreaming and awake, you feel like dreaming but you're awake and you're paralyzed, you can't do nothing about it it's terrible ... Usually it's not lasting more than 5 min but it's feels long ...

I had a dream last night that I was sitting in a library with a bunch of random people. All of a sudden, there was a giant flash and a woman went crazy and scream, and when she screamed a knife flew out of her head and into the guy sitting across from me at a table. That man died, but everybody who was around him except for me instantly turned into a zombie that throw knives out of their heads. I ran into a bathroom and barricaded the door with a girl, a "uninfected". Suddenly, there was a great knock at the door and I held it shut until I looked at the girl in the bathroom and decided to give up. We let probably about 5 people into the bathroom, but two of the infected snuck in behind those 5. One of them threw a knife from their head, to my head, and I woke up.

I had a dream this afternoon during my nap, that I still have disquieting feelings about.

I dreamt that I was having a nap on the couch where I always do. Then I awoke, and in my living-room was my girlfriend typing something on the computer, with her back to me. Then, in the dream, I suddenly realized I was dreaming, and I awoke, in the same position as before. The room was unchanged, except that my girlfriend wasn't here, and half of my sight was blinded by the cushion that covered half of my face, including my right eye. I felt a noiseless presence on my right, but couldn't see who it was. Assuming it was my son, I called him, but he wouldn't answer. After repeated calls, and still no answer, I felt there was something weird and I decided to get up. Getting up and shaking sleep off was extremely difficult though, and when I finally succeeded in raising my head, I realized that even though the cushion wasn't covering my face anymore, and even though I had changed positions and therefore couldn't see the room under the exact same angle, the very same image that I had had while lying down was still in front of my eyes. No matter how much I shook my head, rubbed my eyes with my hands, stumbled out of the couch, tried to get up ; I couldn't shake what I was seeing off. As if I had had my eyes closed and a picture of my room seen from my couch when lying down had been printed on the inside of my eyelid. I began to panic, and realizing I still had had no response from my son who was just beside me, I sarted calling for him louder and louder, until I heard him call me back, but not from where I thought he had been : from his room, at the other end of the flat. I realized that silent presence watching me struggle to get up and regain proper sight had not been my son. I didn't know who it was.

I woke up for real in the exact position in which I had woken up in my dream. My son was calling me from his room.
