There also the two parts in LCD Soundsystem's Dance Yrself Clean. The part where the song kicks into gear around 3 minutes in, and when he holds that note in the middle of the song.

Also when the drums explode on Sigur Ros' Ny Batteri, and when the violin melody appears at the end of Olsen Olsen. Overall I think Agaetis Byrjun is a kind of climax album, I never stop to have chills going through my spine when listening to it.

I'm gonna sound like a child saying this, but I just saw Aladdin after a few years. I forgot just how beautiful the lyrics to "A Whole New World" were. It surprised me that that's a freaking Disney song.

Awesome idea for a thread. I love when a song gives me chills.

"Paranoid Android" 2:42-3:27. "You don't remember, you don't remember, why don't you remember my name?!?!?" Probably the longest moment in any song that gives me chills continuously.

The solo of "Stairway To Heaven".

3:30 into "Soma" by The Smashing Pumpkins. The greatest gut punch ever.

The beginning of "Leash" by Pearl Jam

:33 into "The Day I Tried To Live" by Soundgarden. That bass line is killer.

"I Would Hurt A Fly" by Built To Spill when he says "There's a mean bone in my body".

Intro of From The Ritz To The Rubble by Arctic Monkeys. And 2:05 into "I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor".

When The Chords break in in "I Am Trying To Break Your Heart" by Wilco.

4:09 into "Happy" by The Wrens. One of my absolute favorite moments.

Many many more but this will do for now.

I don't know how I hadn't opened this thread before.. I often think about them, when I stumble upon a piece of music with a climatic moment like that.

This is from the top off my head (I added YT links, and the time marks are in accordance to them):

Pink Floyd - Echoes - when that second guitar rejoins, at 18:14, and then to 18:44...

Then, a whole bunch of moments like that are on Grizzly Bear's Yellow House album. There are these long instrumental portions (often with vocal harmonisation) throughout which culminate into something great. I'll post two examples, but I'm pretty sure there are a few more I could choose...
Central and Remote - around 4-minute mark
Little Brother - the whole part from around 2:30 to ca. 3:10, esp. around 3 minute (2:55-3:05) mark. The ending is also fantastic (everything after "just put the pillow under my head"). Same goes for Knife.

The Beatles - Don't Let Me Down - "pleeeeeaaaseeee" (last 25 seconds of the song); I get kind of a similar vibe with A Wolf at the Door and House of Cards by Radiohead

Beethoven - Symphony No.7 in A major op.92 - II, Allegretto - around the 2:32 mark. The whole build up to that is AMAZING, but that moment, that slight change, just floors me...

Two more subtle moments, often I'll get goosebumps all over, but I can't really explain why I love them:
The Beatles - She's Leaving Home - at around 3:18 (after "something inside that was always denied for so many years")
Pink Floyd - The Great Gig in the Sky - at around 3:36, after "I never said I was frightened of dying".

there's more... I'll post them here when I'll be listening to that song.
