I've been to Vintage Vinyl, great store! Sunshine Daydream next store is also pretty groovy.

As for the topic, lately I've been buying a lot less music, generally just sticking to Spotify and Grooveshark. When I do buy music, it's a mix of downloads (from iTunes, Amazon, and Google Music) and physical purchases (from lots of places, including vinyl but mostly CD's)

The only time I download illegally is when I have a copy of the album on vinyl, but no download code. It feels justified to me.

I never said I was stealing, I laughed at a joke made about it.
I actually can't download illegally because my internet speed is averaging 0.14MB per second and therefore makes downloading here a waste of time.
I do own 100+ physical albums, but all stores here are now gone/going so there's nowhere that's sells music.
Currently the only access to music I realistically have is when my friends give me stuff.

I get my music from Spotify. I heard it's all 100% legal. I would buy some phsical copies of albums, but I haven't stumbled upon some good record shops where I live (I have to go into town for those) or I'm kinda lazy. Either that or I go to YouTube to listen to my tunes. Not any of that iTunes crap 😄

I work for a record label so get most on mp3 sent to me. My collection is around 15,000 albums. I must say the arguments for illegal downloading are fair. Having bought some of the albums I own on vinyl, audio tape, mini disc, CD and MP3 I feel I pretty much own a licence to illegally download certain albums having owned them 5 times over.

I bought about 150 cds legally, I copied friends cds into my itunes, Amazon, Randy's Records, Amoeba, Grey Whale... after the days of BMG, etc, I almost always bought it used, unless it was a CD I REALLY loved.

Nowadays I get everything on vinyl, as I got rid of my cd collection.
