Negativland - Escape From Noise (plunderphonics, one of the best examples of it and my personal favorite. Dispepsi is also really good)

My Love for you feels all wrong - Goreshit (lolicore, a good introduction to the genre)

Porto Novo - Travels EP

Стук бамбука в XI часов - Л�'гкое дело �...олод (minimal techno/ ambient, really incredible, my favorite of the minimal techno genre)

most have been covered pretty well but my 2 favourite electronic artists haven't been mentioned yet, and they're fairly different.

the field - has 3 great albums and a number of great ep's. i'd recommend starting with either his debut or his last album - whichever you prefer based on these tracks:
