Time issues really, as with most things 😜

It was originally meant to be something small to update once a week, but I didn't expect people would engage with it so in-depth, and updating it every few days was taking a few hours of my week away that I really should have spent working or sleeping.

Maybe I could work out a better way for it to run.

TURN

My crew, whilst attempting to construct a second ship to add to out fleet, succeed only in creating a meager lifeboat. Annoyed, I make my way towards our minor lumber operation to determine why we do not yet have a second pirate ship. Upon my arrival I see my crew cowering in fear in the face of a large figure. I can't quite make out what it is, but from my angle it appears to have a flowing mane and jagged teeth, but also a large shell. It seems I have encountered the fabled snailion. Before I have time to react, the beast digs it's fangs into my flesh, and I immediately feel the transformation beginning, as well as a hunger developing. Before long, myself and my entire crew are snailions, our new purpose being to convert all of BEAland's inhabitants into our kind.

Leaving a modest snailion force to occupy the ship, myself and the majority of my former pirate crew make our way towards the neighboring province of happymealville...

I create an exhibition of Pastry Sculptures in my pastry store, which will be open to the public for an admission fee of "what has it gots in its pocketses?"*. The money will be donated to the injured Madvillain party, so that there is a lesser chance of them sticking an ice pick in my forehead. The Sculptures currently on display are all as follows: Grimes made of cupcakes, Grimes made of red velvet cake, Grimes made of doughnuts, and lastly, a thousand miniature Joanna Newsom's made of fondant. There will be tissues and lotion available, so that you can wipe away your tears of joy, and so you can have smooth skin while doing so...

Happymealville create a fastfood chain called “McBobbles”, members of the Madvillain Party eat free.

BrandonMeow delivers an evil pastry to the Madvillains. It was poisoned. The Leader Jhereko dies. Ptaylor also dies, having committed suicide.

Useless publishes the list of buildings he invisions for T.A.D.

T.A.D. also declares their independence from BEALand.

Lemontown will now be executing security checks on all those entering and leaving.

Church of Floyd advances it's Tarkus. Acid is covered on a wall between Camp Awesome and The Church, anyone caught licking will face the consequences.
Universal rights are being written.

The Pirates remove their ties with the Party of Madvillains. A fully armed ship is left at 5M.
Having cleared three spaces of land, the pirates attempt to occupy the land, but with time constraints only occupy 5K, naming it Shipwreck Cove. They are open to business.

MercuryDylan, in response to the sudden deaths within the Madvillain party, retreats to the mountains. Within him stirs something called “New Millennium Cyanide Christ” and he sets off making some super soldiers.

In response to the loss BEALand has experienced, the Party of the Absurd have set up two stages where free concerts of all music will play, dates currently unknown.
A Rights and Values document is being written.

So this is like a country simulation game, where there is an island, BEALand, and it's inhabitants us. Every person gets to say what they want done on the island, as a turn, then I sum everything up after a period of time and people can retake their turns.

At heart it's just a bit of dumb fun, so if it seems a little over-complicated flicking through the pages, realize that no one really knows what's going on either. Just jump in if you wan to play, read through the last summary to get a taste and then just say what you want to do.
