okay Im going to do a sorta-rematch, but it's going to be an open vote. If you have a problem with stating your choice or want your privacy or whatnot, you can not take part in this whole thing in protest, whatever. Im out of options how to do this fairly, and this really is the only way to check if people are being honest. Im hoping this is the only match where I have to do this, I might start monitoring the amount of accounts that are being created at a certain time that parallel a sudden late spike in votes.

I'm sorry if I overreacted. But I only said Jason was rude. And it's hard to tell when he's not rude since he was rude to me many times before in the past.

Plus, everyone thought I made those accounts? Umm, yeah. I thought I had friends. It's a stupid game like Shanespear said. And you know what? I was open to the idea of choosing new albums instead of just pletting one win.

Plus, I never have made a separate account, and I never will.

And to prove my trust, I want Hospice to win. I forfeit and I declare Hospice the winner. In fact, I'll forfeit in my Funeral match if that's what it takes to gain trust which should never have been lost.

Just for the record, we cannot see what accounts voted for what poll option (as far as I know...I looked for a solid two minutes.)

Also, there are a great number more lurkers than you might think. If you look at the front page in the middle of the American day you can see a number of registered users logged in that I know I don't recognize. So before everybody piles on JMan, I'm personally of the opinion that there's a good chance this voting was legit.

That being said JMan, please stop overreacting. It's a silly game. Nobody's being as rude as you think that they are. As usual.

If anybody DOES get a sneaking suspicion that two accounts are the same, PM me and I'll IP check it...but that's as far as I'm willing/able to go as far as refereeing this thing.

I'd say we get a day to re-vote for these (New albums may be awkward at this stage), all voters must then state which they voted for to make sure it's fair and we'll see what happens from there...

I am considering doing an open vote in another thread just for this particular match, but it's not because of JMan (Im as close to positive as I can be he didn't have anything to do with the sudden vote spike). But really there is no other way I can do this particular match without knowing 100 percent who's voting fairly, and since I can't work with a mod to check whos voting, really that seems like the only option at this point. I know that takes away the privacy of the proceedings, but there doesn't seem to be many other options at this point.

This account appeared to be made the exact same time http://www.besteveralbums.com/phpBB2/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=26508 , both accounts appeared in that newest users section one after the other. I never really thought of any use for them until now... 🤔

I personally think that if we just remove both there albums form the tournament, it improves it overall, since now less popular albums stand a better chance, so some users might be inclined to listen to them.
