Judging by the track ratings I gave, I'd have to say Discovery is better thsn RAM. But it was a close call! The album really pulled through in the end!

You're right. I might not have enough time for both today. I;ll go with Discovery.

Listening to Discovery now. It took me a second listen to the first track to actually like it.

Well if that's the criteria for voting then I cannot vote for anything because I can't say that I'm a fan of a specific band or sth.

I said Random Access Memories. It used to be Homework, but both Homework and Discovery are too consistent. Every song has a similar sound. And RAM just has so many different sounds. From "Giorgio by Moroder" to "Touch" to "Lose Yourself to Dance" and "Get Lucky", I really think every song is wonderful, in it's own way. I agree that the lows on RAM are lower than Discovery, but RAM is just so much more interesting and diverse, at least that's how I feel.

I'd rank them:

RAM>Homework>Discovery>Alive 2007>(big drop) Tron: Legacy>Human After All>Daft Club

I just listened to RAM for the first time and it was awesome. I think it's still slightly inferior to Discovery but I might have to listen to it again before voting. I don't like Homework very much.

I'll own up to Random Access Memories, though I'm still not totally sure. I think Homework is their best album because it flows best, but I truly like Discovery a bit more because it has more songs I really like, and so far I'm liking some of the songs off Random Access Memories even more. Namely, anything they've done with Niles Rodgers is the best work they've done in my mind. However, Random Access Memories also contains some of their worst songs I think, namely whatever Paul Williams is on. I voted RAM

Also (because this whole post was geared to Shane anyways) I've seen Death from Above 1979 live and they're pretty damn cool. I only liked about half the album, but loved their entire live set... might've been the tall boys talkin' though.
