As for Pitchfork, Lethal's referring to my ancient war with P4K. When I was more prolific as a music blogger I dug up some of their past reviews which they had deleted from the archive, raising attention to their questionable journalism ethics. My initial post led to much higher profile articles and a big scar on their wikipedia page.

Haha thanks. I'm new. I think pretty much everyone nominated in the tournament were quite deserving, so i can't possibly complain. I'm looking forward to future album and band based tournaments so I can construct ridiculous arguments in favor of my picks.

That's for damn sure. It's definitely helped keep my brain from turning to mush during a very slow period at the day job though. And you guys have all turned out to be pretty awesome.

After three months on BEA, it's probably time to introduce myself, but I haven't the slightest clue who I am?

Here's what I do know:

1. Pass The Dutchie was #1 in the US the day I was born, and that makes me happy but really doesn't say anything about who I am.

2. I live in the same neighborhood that gave the world Biggie and Mos Def. And my close friend lives above an ODB mural.

3. I spent a good decade photographing live music on a nightly basis. I nearly went deaf. My Bloody Valentine were the loudest by far.
