It's been a while since I've played but I think I've discovered every location (including DLC) and I think I'm about level 64, or thereabouts.

When you get to the high levels it gets annoying. You have to spend time using different skills that you wouldn't normally use to level up.

It is quite strange how the player does not level up by fighting but rather by upgrading the skills. I can't determine whether this is an interesting and unique add-on or an annoying one.

I'm going to join the Morag Tong whenever I get the chance. I finally started Skyrim. I played for around an hour as an argonian. They're 30% more resistant to whatever they call status conditions in this game, and they can breath water! It's a challenging game where you sometimes have no idea where your going. And the controls take a bit of getting used to. Overall, my experience with it was OK, and I plan to play again today.

I haven't really played any video games since high school, although when I get sick I pretty much live on my PS2. AAA next-gen shit just doesn't grease my wheels at all, so aesthetically uninteresting and mechanically derivative - I played Skyrim for about 20 minutes, so I guess I can't really comment on the full experience, but that shit bored my socks off.

I hear they're making an MMO but for one MMO's are for dweebs and for two MMO's are grind-y, boring slogs, even when they claim to feature mechanics that keep them from being grind-y, boring slogs.

I should try that one...I'm pretty sure you can download it for free off of the Elder Scrolls website.

Other people can also make it infinitely better and more immersive. I'm a roleplayer at heart though and I surround myself with other gamers in the same mold when I do multiplayer roleplaying games. It's why I played on Moon Guard and Begeren Colony in WOW and TOR during their early runs.
