Yeah, in the end the only thread that will remain will be that "Welcome to BestEverAlbums.com!" thread in the New Members forum.

Thanks mancsoulsister, very kind.

I would nominate mancsoulsister for Kiwi-ing it up in BEA.

GARY for being hugely active in games and tournaments, always with an opinion..

An outlaw for being always interesting and forward.

More will appear soon but with no internet until Friday except for my mobile, i'll limit to ones that were foremost in mind.

Thankyou to the kind nominations people have put in for me. I will try to be funny more often.

To paraphrase/quote the 'Walrus of Love'..

Don't go changing, trying to please us
You never let us down before
We don't imagine you're too familiar
And we don't see you anymore
We would not leave you in times of trouble
We never could have come this far
We took the good times, we'll take the bad times
We'll take you just the way you are

Don't go trying some new fashion
Don't change the color of your hair
You always have my unspoken passion
Although we might not seem to care

We don't want clever conversation (well we sort of do... but it doesn't scan!)
We don't want to work that hard
We just want some someone to talk to
We want you just the way you are.

We need to know that you will always be
The same old someone that we knew
What will it take till you believe in me (coz us doesn't scan)
The way that we believe in you.

We said we like you and that's forever
And this we promise from our heart
We could not like you any better
I love you just the way you are.

🤣

Here is my full list of nominations:

RFNAPLES (for being the most interesting member of this site, simply by being the least interesting one)
hairymarx1 (doesn't like the Beatles, but otherwise has really great taste, and is one really interesting character, not in the same way as Nape, of course)
Norman Bates (a cool member, with a great taste overall)
Yourselfisntsteam (same as Norman)
CellarDoor (same as Yourselfisntsteam)
harkan (for being the member with the most amusing posts, in a good way)
Xavygravy (for having good taste in soundtracks)
Hayden (for having one of the most perfect top 10s, and for not allowing anybody to call him anything other than "Hayden")
GARY (for having one of the coolest charts)
cartoken (simply for being from the country from which...........okay, forget that)
itsit (for being another great member)
Polythene Pam
Jackwc
19loveless91
brohio (for calling humans "grasshoppers")
Jhereko (for inventing (?) the term "hairymarxing")
albummaster (same as GARY)
an_outlaw (for stealing money from the rich and giving it to the poor, I nominate this honorable man)

😐 I've been nominated once, and it wasn't for Hall of Fame. The exact opposite, in fact.

Hall of Fame eh? Or is it just an excuse for everyone to name of their favorites? Whatever, here are my nominations not like anyone cares Mostly consists of current members:

Yourselfisntsteam (for having overall best taste in music)
Norman Bates (almost tied with Yourselfisntsteam)
Cellardoor (Great attitude and taste)
Jhereko (Everyone's favorite kangaroo boy)
hairymarx1 (for starting up some pretty good discussions)
PolythenePam (For just being an overall bro [sorry for the poor choice of words])
and special nomination for itsit because he wants to be added to a list, and I feel sorry for him.

And because I'm an asshole, here are my nominations for the Hall of Shame 😁

Sean (Starts shit threads and talked smack about Transformer)
Eggman/Walrus/Taxman (kid doesn't know how to shut the fuck up)
RFNAPLES (for overall worst taste in music)

Mind you, I'm only like this on the Internet........I'm actually really a quiet person in real life.

mooseboy101 wrote:

And I don't entirely agree with this. Sean's threads are not really useless. Don't know about the Transformer thing, though.
And maybe Nape doesn't have that much of an original taste, and maybe he needs to expand it, but really, it isn't like he includes many BAD albums or anything, just that he doesn't make that much original choices.

So, yeah, maybe I really don't know how to shut up. 😜
