Dry was about as personally life-changing as it gets. Ive never been extremely fond of Isn't Anything, but that might be because it def wasn;t the first thing I heard from My Bloody Valentine

While I have a slight problem with Isn't Anything being considered a debut, I find it a far better album than Dry (though I had given that album another listen and I like it a quite a bit more than before)

I'm voting Dry. Smashing debut, and a sanitary slap in the face when it came out. I like Isn't Anything, but on the whole it seems just a wee bit less consistent.

even tougher for me that the Exile/Blue Lines matchup. PJ has gone on to have one of the greatest careers in music, but Isn't Anything is about as good as it gets.

I love Dry (though it took me some time to get past its messy nature), but Isn't Anything is pretty incredible. I'm voting for MBV.
