Ugh. I shaved today. Not all the way, but I've gone from around 5 cm to a couple millimeters. I'm sad. The shit I have to do to get a job.

I grow a beard every winter anyway. I figure, the Good Lord gave me a way to keep my face warm in the cold months, it would be ungrateful not to do so.

I'm not sure how that helps with the prostate cancer situation. It's like when the NFL wore pink ribbons to raise awareness for breast cancer. Okay, we're aware of it. Do we need to keep mentioning it during a football game?

Both diseases are terrible, and I hope no one here ever gets either. But like most unpleasant things, I'd rather not be reminded of them all the time.

Because I live an #unemployed life, I can grow my patchy beard mostly in private. I might keep my goatee, but I still can't grow much on my cheeks 😢
