yeah Ill gauge interest but there's a possibility I might have some nomination switches if I don't hear back from certain captains. Sorry I just haven't had wi-fi for a while so I haven't committed to a laborious undertaking like a tournament

to Bruno27: Ill be sending out pms to the captians explaining the rules and whatnot soon but won't be asking for teams for about two or three weeks so there's still plenty of time.

When do you plan to start this? I'm very excited, but am probably gonna be away from home from december 20th to january 6th, what means I won't be able to watch many movies 😐

allright Im going to bump this to see if people and esp the captains still have interest. It is more work than a simple knockout tournament so I do want to make sure everybody is still willing to put in the effort. If not, I may change the tourney to something a little simpler (but similar).

good, now all we need is just one more nomination or for two people (any people, even if you have two nods) to join me for the awesomeness of 1953.

Anyways, Ill get my pms to the captains giving a clearer explanation of the rules and structure of the tourney. Also, will get the brackets, set up asap. Anyways, keep watching those great flcks captains and voters.

This getting buried worries me a bit, so time to re-jigger interest. I need two more noms and Im sick of waiting so basically we're going to have "group teams", where three people will all share captaincy. Unlike a regular nod where the Captain has the final word, all three participants MUST agree on each team. If you already have two nods you can join a group team. Ill start off and say who wants to join me for 1953

If anybody who doesn't have two noms wants to nominate however Ill rescind these godless frankenstein teams and give them preference.
