Exactly. Yeah. I missed the boat on all of the weekend match ups. Oh well. I like Unknown Pleasures, but like I said... Violent Femmes is my favorite debut. Period. 🙁

Yes! I can't understand Violent Femmes. Heard the album one and a half times. The half time was when I realized that my rating just won't change, unless by 5 or a rare 10. So I quit the album. "Unknown Pleasures," of course, had much better lyrics, vocals, everything. I'd have to go with the one I liked.

Unknown Pleasures should win this whole thing. I'll vote for it over anything at this point, I think. So nice try, Violent Femmes. You've got a few good songs. I like it. But you're not JD, and you never will be.

I wouldn't be so sure. Funeral won its first two matchups by a surprisingly narrow margin (5 votes at the most). Based on the way things have been going, I anticipate UP will destroy it if they go up against each other.

Listened to Violent Femmes earlier today - it was pretty cool. Unknown Pleasures, on the other hand, is one of the best albums I have ever heard. So, pretty easy choice.

I always forget how much the forum loves Joy Division. That said, so do I, and especially Unknown Pleasures. I like Violent Femmes a lot, but as others have said the decision here was an extremely easy one in favour of Joy Division.

Wow. Violent Femmes is on my chart while Unknown Pleasures isn't, but UP could very easily be on there too. I'm actually pretty torn but I feel like I should go with VF simply because they are on my chart, I nominated it, and it's currently getting destroyed in the poll so it could use some love.
