With Radiohead, I can see how ground breaking and important they are, but I don't enjoy their sound on OK Computer or Kid A.

With Arcade Fire, I enjoy their sound but I'm not sure they should have a Top Ten Ever album.

Both Kid A and Funeral are close in terms of points, so I would say that these two will be switching places constantly in the future. But if Kid A still retains its spot, my views exposed in this thread and the thread itself is kinda pointless.

Both albums are masterpieces every individual will prefer one or the other whoever is number one of the 2000s for me it does not matter for both albums are magnificent

Neither of these is the best album of the 2000s. Kid A might be in the running for best of 2000, but it's got some tough competition. And it's definitely not the best album of the decade. As for Funeral, count me among those who just does not get the hype for this album or this band.

It's not that disconcerting at all, really. Both are highly influential records of the 2000's, so what do you expect? They'll both remain ranked highly. And any day now those two could flip positions again.

Besides, the chart should fluctuate and evolve over time to reflect the current overall attitudes toward the albums on this database. A static chart on this site would be... boring...

Good. Both are somewhere in my top 100 of the decade, nowhere near the top.
