I missed August and Everything After in the first round. Now, I didn't much like the alternative sound when it was popular. One usually thinks the music of one's 20's is the best, myself, I thought the music of the nineties was crap, and listening to the Counting Crows just reminded me of why. A faster tempo might have helped, but as it is it sounds like an hour of whining to me. To be fair, I can't really fault the singing other than it's just too slow.

Teenage Snuff Film is much better. Vote to Rowland.

I know Teenage Snuff Film might not be as good as some of the other albums in the current bracket, but it's still an excellent album..

considering the other matchups this round, neither deserves to go to the next round. It's unfair to have to vote against Tricky and De La Soul, only to have to pick a winner here. naturally Teenage Snuff Film is my choice.

Quite frankly, I like the Counting Crows album. But yeah, no way I'm voting for it here.
