I wonder, do people think we should set limits on how high albums can be ranked for future tournaments? That was kind of the point of the 2KT, but that seems to have died.

I would have thought Funeral would have made it to the final, and it didn't even make the quarterfinals. Also, don't count out Psychocandy, the Doors, or In the Court of the Crimson King just yet.

I wouldn't be so sure it'll be The Velvet Underground & Nico vs Unknown Pleasures. Unknown Pleasures is likely gonna see a very tough matchup against Surfer Rosa.

Both are on my chart, both are innovators of their respective fields and both are extremely important to me. But, I have to go with Marquee Moon. Though VU&N is probably going to win this round - and probably the whole tournament - I'm chuffed Marquee Moon made it this far.
