I'm listening to the album right now, and you're spot on : post-punk meets grunge, but with more of a gothic feeling to it, like Siouxie and the Banshees maybe.

i would have answered if it was the top 40, in order to have Is This It ? included (#37). i don't see any credibility from any chart without this album...

The Doors was BEA 30 and I had it as a 3 so there were two 3s. Correction has been made and there are now 30 BEA. Thanks for catching my error.
