How I would use teleportation:

Have a chat to NASA. Revolutionize space research. Grab a spacesuit and have a stroll around different planets in different galaxies, record some space footage, collect space resources, etc.

I think this would be my choice, though shapeshifting would be nice as well. If I could shapeshift I could fly and breathe underwater depending on what I shapeshifted too.

I'd definitely pick flying, some sort of flying where I could go through space fast and check out other planets and the like, that'd be cool.
