I'd go either Black Flag's Damaged or My War, X's Los Angeles, or Gun Club's Fire of Love

Stooges's Raw Power is an obvious #1 if they're allowed; if Suicide is allowed, they're debut is even better

Dead Kennedys are shit; punk kids wear their patches to look cool, nothing else

Sure sure, crust punk is fun.

now a wee bit of a disclaimer: i dont like British crust punk as a rule, in fact I don't consider British crust punk to be crust punk at all. I call it "industrial punk" but whatever. Sacrilege and Amebix are some of the giants for industrial punk apparently. I dont really like them, seem pretty gutless IMO but you should try them out.

Now then:

Ramones, Fresh Fruit, Unknown Pleasures, Fun House, etc.

As far as punk albums that not everybody on the planet has heard go, The Shape of Punk to Come by Refused is probably my favorite.
