I feel like the best course of action is to restart this. The nomination process, voting and everything and like Squishy said, enforce stricter deadlines.

An official due date would be awesome. Can we call this done by New Years? If any tracks are missing, so be it?

Also, could we round up who's still planning on doing which tracks? I'm debating which one to cover, and while I'm pretty chill taking any of these, it would be nice to know what's most available.
